Of hardwood and hats…

Our favorite hat for Katherine was a gift from Auntie Lorna in England.  Katherine is growing like a weed now, and so is sadly coming to the end of the time when she can wear it.  Before that happened, we wanted to make sure to get some good pictures of her in it.  No better place for that in our house at the moment than the newly installed oak floors – mainly cause all the stuff that’s normally on the main level is in the garage until I’ve installed new baseboards (tomorrow’s project)…and because all the other rooms look like disaster areas at the moment as we’ve basically had to move off the main level of the house whilst the floors were going in.

Again, these were lit with the Lastolite EZYBox softbox, mainly because it was still setup and ready to go from Friday’s pics.  This time I remembered to dial down the flash though. :)

Anyway, as usual I digress.  Enjoy!
